Refund policy

Grisel’s Trend Spot offers a 14-day return period beginning on the date the customer
receives their order. Refunds are issued in accordance with the following conditions:
Eligibility Requirements:
• Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
with tags attached.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Certain items, including intimate wear or final-sale merchandise, may not be eligible
for return.
Refund Process:
• To request a return, customers must contact us at gtaylor0610@gmail.com within 14
days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived
damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Grisel’s Trend Spot reserves the right to deny a return if the item does not meet the
stated eligibility criteria.
