Shipping policy

Order Processing:
Order processing times may vary based on the product type. Boutique clothing and
accessories are fulfilled by our trusted supplier partners, and processing times may
differ between suppliers.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.
Estimated Delivery:
Orders typically arrive within approximately 5–10 business days after they have been
processed. Processing time is separate from delivery timeframes.
Multiple Shipments:
Orders may be fulfilled from multiple locations. When this occurs, items may arrive in
separate packages and on different days.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the
carrier’s responsibility. Grisel’s Trend Spot is not liable for carrier delays or for packages marked as delivered that cannot be located.
